"Forever Undone"

A/N: I know the third verse doesn't really pertain to Jack and Sam, but the rest of it fits right in. Just ignore the third verse. This wasn't written for WAT at first, but I thought it kind of fit them well.
Her heart was broken,
And it would never mend.
It was just another token
From her relationship's end.
He was married,
But that okay for awhile,
Until she started to feel dirty, and guilty,
And vile.
His wife never knew.
No one did.
They were discreet.
Their relationship they hid.
It wasn't just a fling.
She was in love.
Sometimes she felt like he was sent from above.
Whoever said love doesn't cost a thing was wrong.
Obviously, they had never performed this dance and song.
She broke it off because it wasn't right.
He a family, children, and wife.
Why then now does her heart still ache?
She felt better with the guilt and the hate.
At least she'd had him,
And now he was gone.
The love that they'd shared
Was forever undone.
