"Sweet Grayson, too sweet."
"Ya think? I don't do this for every girl."
"Well, it would be slightly difficult."
Nightwing's mouth pulled into a smile. "Now what does that mean?"
She cocked her head. "I do wonder."
"So do I."
Batgirl grinned, looking away. "You could have chosen a more, you know, romantic site."
"And this isn't romantic?"
The girl looked at the city, its lights flaring and flashing brilliantly in the dark night sky that surrounded her. She looked back at the boy and nodded. "Maybe. maybe it is, if you know how to look."
"Oh, I know how to look Barb."
"You do, do you?"
He nodded, his eyes holding hers. "Do you?"
"I think I could." She leaned towards him. "I think I could."
Nightwing leaned towards her, grinning. "That's good."
They both started to pull into a kiss, touching lips softly and embracing.
"WHOO-HOO!"
Both head's jerked around, eyes wide as they stared hard a red figure a few feet away, and right beside him crouched a dark black shadow.
"Pull away and leave some space between those lips." Robin yelled, twirling his hand in the air with hard laughter.
Nightwing slammed at the younger boy, causing the two to tumble, and go into a kicking and punching scramble.
"YOU LITTLE TERD!"
"HA! THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE TO GIVE?"
Nightwing yelled, pinning the boy down.
Batgirl sighed loudly, getting to her feet and looking at Batman with a grim expression. "I can't believe this."
Batman looked at her with no expression.
"I will be at home." She grumbled. "So much for the romantic night. I can't believe I actually kissed that immature."
"Wait BABS! I am muture. it's just."
Robin smiled, watching her leap off the side off the roof. "It's just that when you see me you realize how irresistible I am!"
Nightwing shook his head, drawing his fist back. "YOU RUINED MY NIGHT!"
Robin yelped. "HE'S GOING TO."
Then with that Nightwing knocked the boy unconscious.
Batman looked at the two. "I hope you know that you are carrying his dead weight all the way back to the cave."
"Um. yeah, I knew that." Nightwing looked lustfully into the night. "I knew that." He looked at Robin. "Little brothers."
