Sakura Kinomoto has always gotten what she wanted in life. It was a rainy day; it was the day the love of her life had to leave her. She was running in the rain, carrying a home made teddy bear in wrapped in a water proof bag. She had been crossing a street, when suddenly she had seen a car running straight for her.

Syaoran jumped out of his car when he heard a thump from the front of the car. I just hit someone.

He stood there in awe. He had just hit his lover, Sakura. He ran towards her. She had a gushing wound at her abdomen, a cut on her upper lip, and a chunk of her skull missing. He reached for her wrist. She had no pulse. I just killed Sakura! A tear fell. He began to weep.

As his tears flowed Sakura was in an alternate dimension, upon which awaiting her approval of her sending to heaven or hell.

"Sakura, I presume?" Someone muttered for the darkness.

"Hai! But may I ask who you are?"

Sakura heard whispers from other people, there must have been 20-30 people, or so she thought. Then a young man appeared from the shadows, he had been at least 6'1" with amethysts eyes and short spiky raven colored hair. He for some reason had resembled her best friend Tomoyo.

"My name is Tom; I resemble a fragment of your memory to help you feel comfortable." The man said, a young woman with long messy chestnut brown hair with ember eyes, a resembling of Syaoran also stepped out of the shadows.

"My name is Syani, I resemble your most cherished memory. I, or we have come to a conclusion. We have decided to let you stay on earth, but, unfortunately, you only have until you are 18 to find whom you love most and get married or, you will come back to us." She explained.

"But why? My fate had come to me why should I get to live when my mother didn't!" Tears built up and finally shed. "My mother never chose to die either but you never let her come back! Why am I different!" Sakura trembled in realizing what she had just said.

"Well," Sakura's mother stepped out from the shadow's and continued, "It is because I gave my life for you, I died of natural causes, I'm sorry this is troubling. But if you don't go back you'll never see your loved one again" Tears began falling from Nadeshiko's eyes. She ran over to Sakura and gave her a big hug, "My have you grown since the 12 years since I've seen you"

"You still haven't told me why I get to live!" Sakura shrieked pushing her mother from her.

"You get to live for love, my dear."

"Okay I'll go back."

Suddenly Sakura was being lifted from his arms. She floated up, the Syaoran saw a great light , he shielded his eyes. Light covered Sakura's body. She gently floated to the ground.

"What the hell!" Syaoran screamed.

Sakura's eyes fluttered open. "Syaoran….." She mumbled. He rushed over to her.

"Sakura… your alive what happened?"

"I was able to come back. For you!" Sakura said weakly and jumped into his arms

He smiled, "Sakura, I love you and always will, but I still have to leave….." He looked away, "I'm so sorry, will you promise you'll wait?"

"I promise, I will always love you, and I'll wait." Sakura smiled and embraced him once again, she kissed him gently on the lips and handed him the home made tdeey baer she had made.

"This is for me?" Syaoran asked as her gawked at the elegant bear. The seems had been neatly aligned, everything had been perfect. The bear had been light pink with green paws and a green heart, in the heart there were 'S+S' and '4ever'. He smiled.

"Yes, I want you to treasure it until you return, I have also made a green one Identical to it for my keeping." She had the most kindest smile, but Syaoran could tell she was still hurting. He bent down his head and put his hand under her chin. He lifted up her chin and their lips locked.
