Hey guys, I just wrote this in under fifteen minutes because I'm the most bored person alive right now so it might not be that good. Hope you enjoy it anyway.

I'm a girl but bold

Young, but with a heart of gold

I'm a fearless protector declaring war,

As I mount on my horse Khan and head fore.

Taking my father's place had to be done,

For fighting for our country could not be shun

I went on an adventure filled with action and violence,

I had my friends by my side and got maybe a little romance.

I battled like a man and brought joy to my father's heart,

Because true bravery and honor, is what sets us apart.

I whispered the last part as I looked around at the sea of children around me. Their eyes held curiosity, wonder and admiration. Their mouths were agape and they looked at me like I was some hero, I guess I was considering the fact that I had pretty much saved many of their homes from getting destroyed by the Hans when I took my father's place to finally be someone. In the end they realized that I had finished my little poem and finally started talking to me. A little girl with two back buns on either side of her head jumped up and started clapping, the others soon followed in her example.

"You're our hero Fa Mulan,' she exclaimed in joy, 'we wanna be just like you one day".

I smiled lovingly at her. Another little girl wearing an orange robe also walked up to me and said, "is there anything else we should do if we want to become our own hero one day and follow in your footsteps Fa Mulan."

I thought about her question a bit and glanced at my parents who were sitting under the Mongolia tree, smiling admiring and proud for having me as a daughter.

"Yes, there is', I breathed softly, 'don't follow in my exact footsteps but follow in your hearts".
