aurthors note: my first fanfiction writting but this has been stuck in my head for ages. well enjoy

It was a normal day just like any other. Well, that is if preventing thieves from robbing banks and helping little old biddies cross the street was your day which it is for me. Your friendly neighbourhood Spiderman! But hey that's what I expected after turning down the opportunity to become an official avenger right? I need to be there for the little guys whereas the avengers are so much more than me. With police offices not getting payed enough no one else will be there. So, can you please tell me WHAT THE J. JONAH JAMESON IS GOING ON?! WHY THE BLOODY HELL IS CAPTAIN AMERICA HERE IN MY CLASSROOM WHILE IM NOT IN THE SUIT?!

Captain America knocks and then enters the room, he's not wearing his usual outfit but instead is wearing some blue chequered shirt and black trousers. He scans the room of teens and then looks at the teacher preparing to speak until a television catches the corner of his eye.

'-now remember kids, goggles must be worn at all times-'

"Oh wow, I can't believe they are still showing my videos after all that's happened ha-ha"

"Oh my god! It ISSSSS captain America!"

Meanwhile the students are obsessing over cap and debating his position in society, Peter climbs underneath his desk sticking to the roof of it.

Steve continues to say "I came here because I was looking for one of your students called Peter Parker and I was wondering where he is. A certain Stark asked us to pick him up on our way to the new avengers building"

"Penis Parker? OI Ned where is he anyway? Does that mean he know the avengers as well as Spiderman?" Flash stood up and said.

" ummm, Peter went to the loo... Like before you came in and stuff but he's probably not gonna return because well he has stark internship things to do you know. Peter gets a call at any time y'know so I'm sure he's getting informed of your presence if like what your saying is true... not that I'm doubting you or anything but yeah! If you wait outside I'm sure he'll find you..."

Peter thought hard about why Mr stark didn't say anything beforehand which led him to the conclusion to believe that cap turning up out of the blue was wrong, very wrong because his spider senses were tingling at the presence of Bucky who he knew was standing outside the room. Why bring Bucky to a place where he's going to be recognised left right and centre. As soon as he heard cap shut the door and leave Pete came out from under the desk picked up his phone and rang happy.

"You know I could have just brought myself there. Mr stark didn't need to go through the trouble of sending cap... Hey by any chance do they know about-' before Peter could carry on his sentence he looked around and realised that his whole class was staring at him to earwig in his convosation. '*Coughs* Do they know, you know-'

'-your identity? No way kid, it's none of our business. Anyway, it's fine to go with them. All they know is that you're doing the stark internship which they think is creating chemical weapons and armour. We need all the help we can get for this one. Bye.'

'Everything ok Pete' Ned puts a hand on his shoulder

'Yep mr stark has given me the all clear and said that the avengers are going through talks. See ya' and with that Peter left the room lifting up a couple of lockers on his way down the halls to get the web fluid he'd been stocking up on the last couple of weeks.
