Manga High
Chapter 1
"Welcome to Manga High. Top school for the powerful youth of our time. Here you will learn how to use your powers and make friends and enemies along the way. The highest teachers will give you all that you need to learn. All powers you have will be revealed to you in your classes. So again, Welcome to Manga High." The screen turns off and a tall blonde man takes the podium. "Now Freshman I am Principal Urahara. I hope that you kids have fun this year. Now get to your classes." All the auditorium stands up. This was my first impression of the school.
Ok let's see, All the students have special powers and vary from deathnote wielders to shinigami to ninjas to pirates to demons and that is how it always was until I came along. I forgot to introduce myself, I am Josh Kurokage and I am the first student who didn't have special abilities to start with. My parents are extremely powerful, my mother was the valedictorian of her class with her being a ninja, and my father was salutatorian being a pirate who ate magic fruit. As you see I have a load on my shoulders. My parents say that my powers will come out when I most need them, but I just think I don't have any.
My best friends are supportive though. My two best friends, also freshman, are Jason a shinigami ninja, and Aaron an alchemist. Jason has a girlfriend who has his deathnote. Aaron is just himself reading. I hear he is powerful but I haven't seen him use them.
My first day was the usual "Welcome to class, Your going to love it, No one hasn't been killed in here yet." It was as I expected. The only ones I could see with potential were Mr. Zaraki (Swordsmanship), Mr. Jiraiya (Jutsu), and Mr. Luffy (Hand to hand combat).This was probably the easiest day of the year.
Then I got home and was barraged with the question, "Oh did you get your powers yet", with the proper response of "No!" This was just a usual thing for me when I got home and I usually run to my room and hop on the chat room with Jason and Aaron before I go to bed.
