Love in some Strange Places
It was a beautiful summer day with light breezes flowing through the camp. Annabeth and I were sitting on the shore having a nice picnic for lunch. As we sat there the water was moving at a gentle moving pace all of a sudden a clam shell came up on the shore and that was my signal. See I had been planning this event for weeks see we were going to have a picnic on the beach and I was going to wait for the clam shell with the engagement ring inside. I asked my dad Poseidon being the god of the seas to pass me the ring and make the water calm and beautiful. I picked up the ring and asked Annabeth to see if there was a Frisbee in the basket and she turned around to look and I got in position on my knee and opened to clam shell to reveal a ring with a huge diamond on it. As she turned around saying no I asked her to marry me. At that moment she screamed in delight and hugged me and said yes. I slipped the ring on her finger and gave her a huge hug. It was one of the greatest moments in my entire life.
