"Well, what did you think about it?" She huffed. She was already pissed at me for 'purposely' dropping ice cream on her shoes. . I rested my left arm on the back of the bench; I looked off into the distance, trying to fathom what went on in my head at that time.

Way back when we still believed..

"Man, winter is coming on too fast-" I squinted my eyes, something had caught my eye; I saw a man in a brown wore a blue pin stripped suit and red converse. His hair was spiked in many directions. He looked rather familiar to me, but i couldn't remember where from. Tilting my head, she asked me if I was okay. I didn't respond- then the idea popped into my head. It was him.

The man walked into an alley way, wind collecting fallen leaves and dirt into the alley. It was him. He was actually time, I thought it was just some show.
I bolted up and tied my scarf and buttoned my black winter coat.

My heart thumped in my chest.

Speeding into the alley, she ran after me, furiously asking my what was doing. The cold winter wind hit my face. Autumn was ending, the year closing in on Christmas.

I heard a faint noise as I hit he corner of the alley. It sounded like...engines. Or heavy breathing...
She grasped my shoulder, gasping for air. I peaked around the corner. My heart beating with anxiety. Could it be? She must have tripped because we both landed on the stone cold ground. I looked up to see a big, blue box swirling in motion, ready to fly. The door was ajar, light peaking from inside.

I slowly lifted myself up along with her. Not taking time to dust myself off, curiosity took hold. It seemed like my small footsteps echoed in the alley. Anxiety whirled around me.

"What is it?" She had so many questions- I grabbed her wrist and we burst through the blue doors.

With her immense amount of clumsiness, she tripped again and I hit my chin- causing my to bite my lip.

The clanking of footsteps against a metal floor came closer. Opening one eyelid, I saw a red shoe. Converse to be exact. I raised my head a little more, the tall figure was looming over me and my friend.

"Well, are you ready?" The figure asked me. He stretched out a hand and wiggled it- I knew at first I couldn't trust that hand, but, him? I could.

I smiled and helped my friend up. She introduced herself and me as I danced around.

"Hello! I don't know why I'm telling you my name, but my friend here seems to trust you. My name is Crystal- that, is Sadie. It was all quite sudden really..."

I could faintly hear their voices as I admired the console of the box. Oh this box... What in the world was I thinking barging in here when I know what's going to happen in the end?

I guess that brings us to the beginning right?
