Lost in his eyes I swim
Losing my heart to his embrace
Our hands entwined
Our hearts beating in rhythm
If only in my head.
He'll never look twice
I'll hope and I'll dream
But dreams can only cause more pain
When the pain of the truth comes crashing down
Upon my shoulders
His hair
His eyes
He's mine.
If only in my head.
