Chun Hyang knew it was pointless. Ridiculous even but that knowledge couldn't stop her. She couldn't help but to think that if Sakura had not lost her memories things would be different. The feather would not have come to her world and her home would not have been invaded. Her mother needn't have gone to fight. She would still be alive.
Then to hear the one who killed her promise her mother's life, it hurt her so much. Because in the first place her mother's death was Sakura's fault. Chun Hyang couldn't forgive Sakura for that. She believed she never would be able to.
She couldn't remember the sound of her mother's voice. And she blamed Sakura for that. After all it was because of Sakura that her mother was taken away from her. It had been so long now and Chun Hyang was slowly forgetting her mother's face. She had already forgotten her words. She missed her mother's presence so much. Now she had nothing from her mother. Her mother's face was taken from her. Her voice and words were forgotten. Her hijutsu was lost to Chun Hyang.
She knew Sakura didn't ask to loose her memories. She knew Sakura didn't want to loose who she was. But regardless of what she knew, her mother was gone and Chun Hyang hated Sakura.
