"Here." Dean handed Ron a package. "As a thank you for today."
Ron tore it open. Inside, the large chocolate-box he had ever seen.
"Thank you."
They kissed for a long time.
Didn't want to let go. Not just yet.
But they had to.
The evening had come.
"Hermione will be home soon…" mumbled Ron against Dean's lips.
"You're right. I must go."
They kissed tenderly goodbye.
Dean disappeared into the winter darkness, just minutes before Hermione arrived.
"Honey, I'm so sorry I had to work on Valentine's day!" She pointed at the box. "Is that for me?"
Gulped. "Yes…"
