He had felt slip out of his body the weight of years of pain when his hands had held tight his brother s bony ones, taking him back, bringing him back home. He had found a sort of peace in their crossed fingers, that harmony existed just for a so short and so far lapse of time in his life that he hadn t made in time to understand which flavor it had.
But now, Al was there with him. He was sleeping and his chest was raising slowly to receive the smell of flowers in the air of their hospital room, and he was dreaming just to come back home and hug aunt Pinako and Winry, Ed was sure of it.
Because he would have dreamt it in a few minutes, too.
He smiled at him, sure that Al would have felt his warmth of his affection, and he followed him, giving a glance at the sunset behind Central s palaces, before to reach him on the hills kissed by the summer sun.
