''I'm going to run errands, Crujo. Do not break anything,'' Kuphulu said. He glanced at a statue with a crocodile's head. His eyes were filled with worry. *The statue with the crocodile's head is very rare. Crujo might break it* he thought.
''I am staying with you for a few days, Kuphulu. I won't wreck anything,'' Crujo said.
''You won't live to see another birthday if you break anything,'' Kuphulu said while his eyes narrowed. He turned and departed.
Crujo approached the statue with the crocodile's head. After stretching, he leaned his back against it. That was when the statue fell and shattered. There were too many pieces on the floor to count. Crujo's jaw dropped in absolute shock. *Maybe I can use my saliva to put pieces together before Kuphulu returns* he thought.
Kuphulu eventually returned to his lair. He saw the statue with the crocodile's head before he gasped. He faced Crujo as his eyes narrowed in anger again.
''How do you know about the statue, Kuphulu?'' Crujo asked.
Kuphulu viewed the statue another time.
The crocodile's head was upside down.
