Sublimino focused on a television screen before his parents stepped into the living room.
''Thanks for allowing us to stay with you for a week,'' Sublimino's father said while he smiled.
Sublimino continued to watch the news. He heard every word his father said, but he wasn't willing to view him. He slid down on the sofa.
The hypnotist closed his eyes for six seconds. *Maybe I'll hypnotize my parents into departing. Maybe they can return after I take a nap.*
''What are we going to do this afternoon?'' the other man asked.
After lifting the remote control, Sublimino aimed it at his father. He pressed the mute button repeatedly.
Sublimino's father frowned before he walked to the television set and switched it off. The sudden scowl on his son's face never bothered him.
Another smile began to replace his frown. ''Are you interested in seeing my pocket watch collection?''
Sublimino faced his father prior to a grin. ''A pocket watch collection?''
''Yes. Follow me,'' the parent said before he and his wife stepped out of the living room.
Sublimino stood. He ran into a guest room. His eyes settled on his father as the latter revealed many pocket watches in a glass case.
Sublimino gasped while his eyes widened. *The watches are gorgeous* he thought. He glanced at the smile on his father's face.
''Most of the pocket watches are rare. It took years to collect them. The watches are my children,'' Sublimino's father said.
He began to tilt his head in confusion after Sublimino glowered. His frown returned at a snail's pace. ''You are my son,'' he said.
Sublimino grinned at the pocket watches. *I will hypnotize that Ben Tennyson brat into walking in front of a moving car.
He won't be able to defeat me again after I hypnotize him.*
Sublimino's parents grinned.
''Let's go to a movie theater,'' Sublimino's mother said.
''I guess we can view a movie,'' Sublimino muttered. He followed his parents out of his home. After closing the front door, he continued to follow them. He viewed Ben walking before he stopped and gasped.
Ben's eyes widened at the sight of Sublimino and the latter's parents. ''Sublimino?'' he muttered.
Sublimino's parents focused on their son. They tilted their heads in confusion.
Ben frowned at Sublimino. ''You are up to something, Sublimino.'' He used the Omnitrix to transform into Heatblast.
Sublimino and his parents gasped together.
Heatblast stretched his arm. A stream of fire emerged from his palm. He observed Sublimino and his parents dodging the attack.
Heatblast proceeded to gasp after fire contacted Sublimino's house.
The hypnotist and his relatives gasped again. They ran to the burning house.
''My watches!'' Sublimino's father exclaimed while fire consumed his son's home.
Heatblast ran after the sudden downpour.
''My pocket watches are gone,'' Sublimino's father said in a sad tone. His eyes widened behind his round sunglasses.
He reached into his coat pocket before he revealed a rare watch. His smile came back.
*What a gorgeous watch* Sublimino thought. He seized the watch and grinned. His grin disappeared after he dropped the pocket watch.
He and his father gasped the minute the watch broke. Sublimino frowned while his shoulders slumped. ''I'm going to be blamed for this.''
The father began to tremble with rage. He concentrated on Sublimino.
*There are other things for me to worry about* Sublimino thought with wide eyes.
