This is my first story i hope you all enjoy it :)
Chapter one- Shock
The titans where out shopping for Christmas presents on a very cold winters day. They walked through the thick snow reaching their destination. It was the mall, they quickly rush into the building from the cold weather. "I thought we where gonna freeze to death" Beast boy said with a sigh of relief as the entered the warm titans had devised a plan.
"okay were all going to split up and meet here in the next two and a half hours, got it?" Robin said finally after thinking how they where going to get all the shopping done. The titans agreed. They all left the area they were currently occupying to shop for one another's gifts. Raven had not yet decided what to get Star fire as she walked into a store called legally pink.
She was disgusted by the sight of the store. It definitely lived up to its name, the whole store was pink. Everything was so girly. Star fire would love this place. A happy brown haired store clerk came up to Raven with a sickeningly sweet smile "how may I help you?" she asked kindly but Raven saw right through her act.
"I'm fine thank you" Raven replied politely not wanting to come off as rude. The girl nodded and walked of to another person who had entered the store. Raven strolled through the isles. Her eyes catching a pink top with a lime green space ship on it, underneath it was in bold letters 'ALIEN'. It was perfect.
Raven had decided to purchase it. After she bought it she walked out of the store into the gadget shop to pick something for Cyborg. She got done quickly and checked the time she still had an hour and a half left so she decided that she would go into the sport store. She bought Robin a new pair of boxing gloves. Now the only person left to get a gift was Beast boy. Raven thought to buy him a joke book but that would be typical.
She had not had a single clue what Beast boy had enjoyed besides tofu, video games and pestering her with jokes. She walked around the mall. It was now close to having to meet up with the Titans, she stopped as she saw a silver watch that would match his uniforms belt. She walked into the store and quickly bought it. It was now ten minutes till meet up time and now that she had no more gifts to find she headed back to the meet up spot.
She got there quickly and had 5 minutes. Raven was surprised when a girl with long purple hair and slightly lighter skin than cyborg sat there. She looked emotionless. Her cloths were torn and she had cuts and bruises everywhere, Raven noticed on her arm was an open wound. The girls eyes where dull. Too dull, they where a very light milky green color. It was odd to Raven. The girl began to cough until blood poured from her mouth.
"Are you okay?" Raven asked with caution, the girl didn't move but whispered "I'm fine" Raven was definitely not convinced "evidently"she said back in her monotone voice. The other Titans had arrived moments later. "Greetings again friend Raven" Star fire exclaimed with a huge smile on her face Everyone else simply waved.
They froze at the sight of the coughing and bleeding girl by Ravens side. "uh who's your friend" Cyborg asked eyeing the girl, even with all her cuts and bruises she was very beautiful. "shes not my friend" Raven just muttered under her breath "as you can she is clearly hurt" she finally said loudly. Robin knelled down at the girls side. The girl lowered her head blood dripping from her mouth onto her body. She hid her eyes with her bangs "are you okay?" Robin asked concerned.
"I'm fine" the girl insisted. Star fire walked towards her "kind stranger I don't-" Star fire begun but was cut of by the girl " I said i was fine" the girl begun but soon began to cough. At first it was a normal cough but it escalated quickly. She began to cough up more blood, she stood up. Blood was getting everywhere. The titans rushed to her side. The girl begun to get dizzy and her legs soon gave waited for impact with the floor but warmth wrapped around her body, who was holding her?
She began to fall rapidly and Raven caught her quickly before she ht the ground. They tried to warm her up but she remained cold. Raven noticed something odd, the girl didn't have a human aura but a weird one Raven had never felt before. "lets get her too hospital" Robin ordered as Beast boy nodded about to call an ambulance, Cyborg went to pick her up.
"Don't bother" Raven said, this shocked everyone. "what?why?" Star fire asked angry at the fact Raven did not want to help the poor girl on the floor of the mall who was severely ill."Shes not human" Raven replied in a whisper. "how do you know?" Beast boy asked.
"her aura" Raven begun "its completely different" she continued hitting realization, the girls aura was similar to hers"this girl" Raven said searching for the words "shes half demon" Raven finished, the other titans stared at her.
who was this girl?, why is she so hurt?, whats the other half of her if shes not human?, and why all of sudden had Raven sensed that this was all leading to something bad?
