For a Brief Moment
Close you eyes. It`s the darkest hour of the darkest night. You`re prepared to fight. Fight for all that you know and hold dear. Fight for the past, fight for the present, fight for the future. It is your turn. Your turn on the darkest hour of the darkest night.
Close your eyes and remember. Remember what you`re fighting for, what you have always fought for- peace. Isn`t it ironic how we all fight for peace? Close your eyes and remember....
You do remember; though it is clouded by a dark wind. A dark wind that has always billowed around your past, moving you every which way.
But now your thoughts are clear. You stand tall, poised with fierce pride. The dark wind comes toward you once more and, for a brief moment, you know you`re ready for it.
