Across a barren wasteland, stands a man clad in gold and black armor with a wing motifs to it. The visior of the armor being crimson red, clock hands protruding out from the back. The man stares at a statue of a man in a transformation pose, behind him is an angelic woman carrying a shield and pointing her blade to the sky. Standing around him statues of Years Prior Kamen Riders. "Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva, Decade, W, OOOs, Fourze, Wizard, Gaim, Drive, Ghost, Ex-Aid, and Build. My predecessors." The man say walking over to the statue. The man caresses his hand across the statue, cleaning off the plate. Written upon the plate is, "Commemorating the first transformation of the King-" A bullet hits the name written. *Bang!* The sound of a gunshot cracks across the sky. The man turns around to see a large army of people all of their weapons trained on him. "Humf. Fool." He mutters, as a sniper fires off a shot. Before it even hits, the bullet slows down and stops completely. "Shit!" The sniper exclaims as he stands up and runs off. Lifting up his finger, the man pushes away the bullet, as it flies past and hits the ground. "How many of you will I have to kill before you get it though you're heads?" The man says as he walks down the steps of the statue and out onto the dead sand Snapping his figures as magic lines come light up across his body. Upon the ground 13 Magic circles appear. A flash of light then 13 figures are transported. "Oh, shit! He brought the Servants!" A rebel soldier screams out to his comrades. "Musashi, Tomoe, Scthach, Francis, Leonardo, Tamamo, Semiramis, Nightingale, Gorgon, BB, Passionlip, Beast III/R, Abigail. Leave the Rebels before, to me. The rest I leave to you." The man commands, the girls turn to Zi-O and bow in unison stating. "Yes! Master!" Before turning and jumping to the battle. "None of you will ever be able to put down I, Oma Zi-O!" He exclaims as an army of Rebels charges over the hills towards him, shooting at Oma Zi-O. Zi-O simply flicks his wrist, as the bullets freeze. The Rebel army continues to charge, with another flick of his wrist, Oma Zi-O flips the bullets and sends them flying back at the army. The bullets hits the first wave of soldiers as they fall to the ground. Missiles are sent towards Oma Zi-O, Zi-O only glances at them before snapping his fingers as the Missiles turn to dust and the dusts falls to the ground before Zi-O, but a small patch lands on Oma Zi-O's shoulder. Zi-O turns his attention to the dust upon his shoulder. The Rebel Army gets even closer. Not even paying them mind, Oma Zi-O simply dusts off the dust on his armor before he swings his arm out and around as an invisible wave shoots out, and the army in the area of effect is frozen in time. Zi-O walks into the crowd of Rebels. "How does it feel? To know that you formerly had the power of time on your side… That was once you're advantage. That was the case for many kings of the past… But Time, is now a Curse to you. As it keeps you here. Just like the Masters and their servants who stood against me for the grail." Swinging his arms around, the Rebels frozen in time are disintegrated in a matter of seconds. The screams of their surviving comrades, as Zi-O continues to torment and kill the Rebel Army. Looking over them viewing the carnage is the statues of the Kamen Riders. Their images of Good and Justice being trampled upon by the Rebel's Presence. Massive mechanoid robot stomp towards Zi-O, as Oma Zi-O simply grabs the mechs lifting them off the ground and tossing them into other mech's destroying them. A mech flies towards Zi-O, Zi-O swings his arm knocking away the mech as it crashes into the ground. With a flick with his hand, the time around his stops, the explosions, the gunfire, now only the on look of Horror from the Rebel soldiers. "Humph! You fools could never defeat me. And do you know why?-" Oma Zi-O retorts as he looks around. With another gesture of his arm, Oma Zi-O sends a time wave disintegrating all his enemies. "Run!" A Rebel exclaims as he tries to run off, just before him and the rest of his comrades above ground are disintegrated. A woman runs to atop a hill, seeing that her comrades in the area of effect have disappeared. "Return to your leaders and tell them to surrender. There's no point to this." Oma Zi-O says as he raises his hand to the sky. "You've made me turn this beautiful field of grass into a sand filled wasteland." Oma Zi-O explains before he snaps his fingers again, and the sand turns into dying dirt then to firtal green grass covering the once dead land. "Leave." Zi-O says as he turns the wind blowing the grass. "Sougo!" A voice calls out, as Zi-O turns to a white haired woman standing before him. Her armor is tattered, scraped together. Battle scars across her body. "Well, Well… The Director Olga Marie Animusphere. It's been some time." Zi-O greets his enemy. "This uncalled for attack was on you're orders I assume. Is that how you should treat your former underling?" Zi-O mocks. "Silence! I don't want to hear it from the one who was supposed to save the world! Not take it over and subjugate it!" Olga exclaims at Zi-O as she readies her watch. "Heh… Ha ha ha… I suppose that time I let you live has backfired on me… But Sadly, you're powers prevent me from doing such. What a shame." Zi-O sighs as he shrugs. "You'll pay… You'll pay Sougo! Die!" Olga shouts back at Zi-O. "Humf! Very well then. Perish!" Oma Zi-O exclaims as he snaps his fingers again, the grass dying and turning back to the desolate wasteland it was before. "Sougo~!" Olga exclaims as she lifts up a watch. "Very well." Zi-O states as he summons a shield into his hand, the same one the angel holds. Reaching into the middle chief, Zio pulls out a double edged sword with a fancy handle and a clock gem in its center, and the blade designed like the hand of a clock. Olga now in a red armor and an Axe at the ready charges at Zi-O. "Die~!" Olga shouts jumping at him. Zi-O charges at Olga, the two swing at each other. The blast engulfs the entire area.

The Heisei Kamen Riders and the Holy Grail War have perdured for decades. And now, they pass on their legacy onto the next generation! Rejoice!, for the Birth of a new King!

(Panoramic shots of the Kamen Riders kicking, and servants using their Noble Phantasm. Changes to time tunnel with letters Rider attaching to Zi-O)

(Changes to Sougo, reaching up to the clocks on a wall before swinging his arm, the world around him turning upside down.)

(Olga in the command room is Roman view the situation. The world turns upside down, before swinging around, to Mashu with her shield and Fou on her shoulder as the world again flips.)

(Oma Zi-O standing before the statues with the 13 Servants around him. Oma Zi-O's eyes glowing crimson red as the screen darkens.)

(Camera flies down the Heisei Kamen Riders in a line.)

(Build's helmet folds away as Sento smirks and roundhouses the screen)

(Brief moment where Woz stands with a book as flaming pages of books falls to the ground around him. Time Jackers stand with Wools mocking before moving right off screen. Two more Time Jackers in the background with a hatter Gentleman with a cane stands in the back.)

(Sougo and Olga strapon drivers, Mash readies herself. Olga turns the clock face of a Ridewatch.)

(Sougo looks at his Ridewatch and turns it with his other hand. Then Sougo presses the crown on the clock.)

(Screen flies down blacked servants with Mashu standing at the end smiling at the camera.)

(Sougo says "Henshin!" Before spinning his driver)

Toki no ame Surinukete Tomo ni

(The clock and world spinning behind him, as he finishes his transformation and the words attach to his helmet. The Two riders drive past on their bikes. Switches to Time Jackers walking away from a broken clock with rain pouring on it. Then to the two riders driving past the Kamen Riders and Servants as time resumes, with the Riders kicking and Noble Phantasms being casted.)

You, Over "Quartzer"

(Sougo is shocked before lines cover him, as they go into the air and diverge creating a tree pattern.)

Mirai wo koe yō

(Zi-O in Time Majin, moving the controls to make the Time Majin punch the screen. Sougo with the world and clock spinning, Sougo puts his arm out as the world stops spinning, same for Olga, and Mashu.)

Kako no ishi wa Uso de wa azamuke nai

(Zi-O and Geiz, run down a flight of stair. Darkened figures of different forms stand on the sides of the stairs as the two run down it.)

(Mashu walks down a flight of stairs, with the Time Jackers sitting around her.)

Now, Over "Quartzer"

(Zi-O drops down before taking out his blade and swinging it at the screen. Gaiz rolls in, with his weapon in bow form. Geiz shoots around the screen, before shooting at the screen.)

(Sougo, Olga, Mashu, Roman, Fou stand before a cliff edge, the sky breaking open with light beaming down. Sougo looks at Mashu who beams a smile back.)

(Sougo lifts up the watch and pressing down on the crown, the light engulfing the screen.)
