Brother to Brother
He was getting sick of being her with is brothers now he was the permanent Leader and it was killing him literally!
Leonardo looked out of his diary and to his room it had been weeks since he had last cleaned it he hadn't had the strength. It took most of his Energy to walk to the kitchen and back.
Raphael: Fearless Leader! It is time to Practice!
Leonardo: Not now Raphael
Raphael: Is the Fearless Leader scared of a little practice
Leonardo: Let me get my Katana
Ignoring the burning feeling in his heart her grabbed his dust covered Katana
And Headed to the Dojo

The others accepted this and went back to sparring with each other

Michelangelo: Come on let's get him to the infirmary
The Turtles took turns looking over their brother
But three weeks later
Leonardo died of seizure attacks
Raphael was looking at Leo's room
He came upon a small book it was Leonardo's diary!

He came upon the last entry of the diary the one before he made Leo practice
Dear Diary
I can't handle the weight that my brothers have put on me! I would not be suppressed if I died today
