Plane Mechanic
It was another beautiful day in the busy city of Station Square. The birds were singing in trees, people chatting as they walked to and from places, and cars rushed around nearby, eager to reach its destination. In a large white mansion owned by the Thorndyke's, a pink hedgehog wearing a red dress, a yellow two tail fox, a light brown bunny with a blue chao that wore a red bow flying around its head, and two humans were discussing about what happen last night. It was the night that the president had invited them to a party, but what they were mainly talking about was the world famous Sonic the hedgehog, making a surprise entrance with Helen, a wheelchair bound girl with blonde hair, by flying a helicopter to the party. "I can't believe that my Sonic flew that helicopter to the party." the pink hedgehog said.
"I can't believe it either Amy." a young boy around the age of twelve said.
"Maybe Mister Sonic had some flying lessons from Mister Tails, Chris." the rabbit said. The chao nodded his head in agreement.
"Tails said he never gave Sonic flying lessons, Cream. There has to be another reason…" before the adult human could say anything else, the door swung open to reveal a blue hedgehog wearing white gloves and red shoes with a white stripe and a gold buckle.
"Hi, what are you talking about, Chuck?" he asked.
"We were discussing about how you were able to fly the helicopter last night." he answered.
"Actually, everyone except Tails was discussing about it." Amy pointed out as she had noticed that the fox never said anything. Sonic looked sheepishly at the group.
"Yeah, that's one thing I never told anyone, but Tails about." Sonic said as he sat in a tan color chair. Everyone except the fox straightened up as they waited to hear what Sonic had to say. "I learned a bit about planes from my uncle. He's an inventor."
"Woah, that's cool." Chris said.
"What's his name?" Amy asked.
"His real name is Sir Charles, but everyone calls him Uncle Chuck." Sonic replied as he smirk at Chuck. "Anyway, he taught me how to build a plane and how to fly one. A helicopter has similar functions to a plane so it was easy to fly it."
"Cool, did you build a plane, Mister Sonic." Cream asked.
"Yeah." Sonic simply replied.
"What's the name of it?" Chuck asked.
"How about we show you." Tails said as everyone looked at him. He got up and walked out the door with everyone following. They walked over to the two-story garage where Chris and Chuck's guest stay at. Tails pulled out a remote and pushed the button. The garage begins to shake before lifting as a secret lab rose from the ground. Tools, machine parts and blueprints covered a desk and the back of the room. A large white plane was placed in the middle of the room in front of a runway. The group gasped in shock before staring at Sonic and Tails.
"Wait, you're saying that…" Amy started.
"the X-Tornado…" Chris continued.
"is actually…" Chuck also continued.
"Mister Sonic's plane." Cream finished. Cheese had dropped onto the rabbit's head.
"Yeah, that's why I had to make sure it was ok to put in extra seats when I upgraded it." Tails explained to the shocked group that looked like they were a second away from passing out. Ok, let's say the remaining people were seconds away from passing out because Amy had literally passed out.
"Well, that went better than I expected." Sonic said as they all laughed at the passed out Amy before dragging her back to the house.
