"Dean, Dean? Hey, Dean?" Sam chanted as he pinched Dean's chin and raised his lolling head. Dean's eyes were twin pools of chaos. Sam tapped his brother's cheeks. "Dean, what did you take?"
The chaos swirled and cleared momentarily. Dean licked his lips. "T-t-take? N-no-nothing."
"Not a vitamin, a painkiller—nothing like that?"
"Nope. Y-you know...you know I h-h-hate pills."
"Then they got to you some other way." Sam's gaze roamed around the room, finally settling on the large pressed paper cup sitting on the nightstand. "Your coffee!" They spiked your coffee!"
"Coooffffeee? I-I-I'd love some!"
