A wounded soldier lay on the ground. His snow white hair and blood red eyes had given him away. The great Prussia was coming to his end. Other countries had grown tired of him. Russia, his enemy since just about forever. Austria, his closest friend. His old childhood friend, Hungary. Switzerland... he hated everyone but Liechtenstein and France. Even Prussia's younger brother, once the Holy Roman Empire and now Germany, was against him. They all glared at him on the floor. One pair of piercing saphire eyes tore at Prussia's dying heart. Austria...Why?
"Bruder, do you admit your brutality too much?" Germany questioned, pointing a gun at him. 'How had this happened?'
"Holle nein! I ruled my country well," the albino disagreed. Russia stepped forwards, pipe in hand. He glared at Prussia.
"Maybe you ruled your country well, but what of the ones you attacked, da?" The Russian's gaze paralyzed him.
"You stupid idiot. You're so concieted. You don't care,do you?" Switzerland asked, gun ready to shoot. Hungary had her frying pan ready to swing. But Austria wasn't doing anything. Just glaring. Prussia laughed.
"Maybe I don't. My answer is to be kept from you," he said, meeting all their icy glares.
"Dummkopf. You know what's going to happen," Germany stated with no emotion. Prussia dropped his smile. He didn't think his own brother would get rid of him.
"You don't understand, do you?" Austria finally spoke. The countries turned to him, as he was the eldest of the attackers. Austria unsheathed his sword, and Prussia braced for impact. His 'awesome' empire would end today. "You know," Austria continued, "I never did expect you to understand..." his sapphire eyes traced the blade that would end Prussia's life.
"Good thing," Prussia replied, also tracing the blade with his ruby orbs. The other countries smiled as Austria held up his sword.
"Does the mighty Prussia spare his last breath for his country?" Austria asked.
"Pffft... Nein," Prussia muttered. The blade sank into his heart, but he didn't scream in pain. Prussia refused to show weakness, even at his death. But he couldn't hold it in forever. "Kannst du mir die Ewigket geben?" he shouted desparately at the heavens.
"It's too late for that," replied Germany quietly.
The life faded from Prussia's eyes as he bacame a nation no more. All but Austria left.
"I'm sorry," Austria said before closing Prussia's eyes. He then pulled out a white rose and set it on Prussia's chest. Not being able to take it anymore, Austria walked away.
