A/N Hi! So, I decided to do my first prediction of a book story. I hope this turns out well. I will not abondon this, it just might take awhile to write the next chapter and get it up. I hope you like! I don't own anything except the plot.
I
ANNABETH
As Percy and I fell, all the times we were together flashed through my head. When we first met at Camp Half- Blood, finding Zeus's lightning bolt, saving Thalia's pine tree and seeing Thalia again, Percy rescuing me from Atlas, our first kiss in the Labyrinth, saving Olympus, the underwater kiss, and finally seeing him after six months at Camp Jupiter. Those werre just a few. Doesn't that happen when you're about to die? Ouch! Stupid rocks! I wonder if Percy felt this way when he fell off the St. Louis Arch... Probably not, considering he was falling into his territory.
"Annabeth, you okay? Wait, nevermind. Of, course you're not okay, we're falling into Tartarus! Better question- sre you alive?" Percy asked me. He had pulled me into a hug. I nodded because I was in too much pain to talk.
I felt his grip slacken, he must've gotten hit by debris. I wrapped my arms around him. If I was going to fall into the darkest part of the Underworld, I wouldn't do it without my Seaweed Brain.
I opened my eyes and saw the fast approaching ground. I looked up and saw my dagger falling. Not a good thing. I tried to guess where the projectile would land.
It looks like it's going to land... on Percy! I twisted us around so it would land on me, not Percy. Right before the knife hit me, wind blew and it changed direction. That was a close one.
BOOM! "W-was that a car?" Percy asked. "P-Percy you're a-alive!" I croaked. It was barely audible, nut atleast I could talk. We were almost to the ground, so Percy twisted us so that he would land first. About 5 seconds later, the world went dark.
I don't know how long I was out, but when I woke up Percy was looming over me. "Thank the gods you're okay!" he said,"How do you feel?" "I have a headache, all my muscles are sore, and my broken ankle hurts."
The last two are self-explanitory, and I think the headaches are from Taturus. Totarus. Taru-" "Percy, I get what you're trying to say," I said, stopping him from taking five hours to try to say Tartarus. "Thank you," he replied.
I see why Nico almost went insane. Tatarus is creepy. Everywhere you look there are ghostly shadows that look like faces. You'd see bright yellow eyes, like bats have. It was a vast, open space filled with all the evilness everywhere. I suggest you don't take a vacation there.
"I'm bored," Percy whined.
"Well there's not much to do here. Any suggestions?" I replied.
"Umm... we could... AHHH! MONSTER!"
"What? Where?"
"I-it's the..."
A/N MWAHAHAHAHAHA! A cliffie! So, what did you think? Let's aim for 10 reviews? Please? GOOD-BYE!
