Kyon was in the classroom when Haruhi was talking about what the SOS-Brigade was missing. A mysterious transfer student! As Kyon is gay, he wasn't very interested in what Haruhi was saying. So he just kinda ignored her.
And after a time, there really came a mysterious transfer student! Haruhi dragged him into the clubroom, and he introduced himself: "I'm Koizumi Itsuki, nice to meet you." He smiled, and looked at Kyon especially. As Haruhi ranted Kyon looked into that guy his eyes. They were very beautiful and sparkly. But Kyon thought "Whatever, I'll go act like I'm a heterosexual and stare at Asahina-san's boobs."
The next day Itsuki came to Kyon. "Hey, can I talk to you after school? " He said with his flashy dazzling sparkly smile. Kyon couldn't ever say no to that smile, so he said yes. They were going to meet in the school library, so after classes Kyon went to the library. And there was Itsuki standing in the library. "Hey Kyon, I wanted to tell you something."
"What is it?" Kyon asked with his awesome boredness.
"I know you are gay." Itsuki said, still smiling brightly.
"… So? What's your point?" Kyon asked.
Itsuki looked at him lustfully; "You want the whole school to know that?"
Kyon looked at him with his 'I-honestly-don't-care'-look. "I don't care."
