Stuck with You
Aquamarine POV.
I loved my brother, Percy. I really did. My only problem was, he was so overprotective! But in a sweet way. Anyway, since I was blessed by Hecate when I was born, I am much more powerful than the average demigod. Even a child of the big 3. So I was surprised when a boy appeared in Cabin 3.
He just stands there, staring at me. I look to the bathroom, hoping Percy would come out. No luck, so I break the ice.
"You're Nico, right? Hi, I'm Aquamarine, Percy's sister." I smile. Percy emerges from the bathroom, wearing a towel.
"Hey, Nico! Long time no see! I see you've met my sister." Percy wrapped an arm around my shoulders. I pushed it off, muttering "Go put some clothes on, Seaweed brain." I gave Nico a look that hopefully said 'please excuse me stupid brother'. He replied by rolling his eyes and smiling.
"Whoa, Nico are you smiling?" Percy turned to look at me. "Sis, I told you to stop doing the weird Hecate mumbo-jumbo!"
"She didn't do anything. Inside joke. Don't worry about it. Besides, I've got to go." And with that, he disappeared.
Later at lights-out, I tossed and turned, trying to recreate Nico's face in my mind. Then I smiled and relaxed, knowing with sleep came Nico DiAngelo.
