Guess what? I finally finished that J/N fic I was threatening about.. but don't let that stop you reading...
Sometimes, I wonder why you still bother. I take everything; give nothing. When I'm depressed, you comfort me. Whether I want you to or not, you're there for me.
Whenever I'm wondering whether life is worth living, you show me it is. Yet when you need support, I stay away; telling myself you'll be better off without me.
But you keep coming back - no, you never leave. When I push you away and put up defenses, you worm your way through and stay by me through everything. All your time and effort expended for nothing.
I wonder why you bother.
