A/N: Oh my God! Can it be? Me, writing a Tommy/Kim fic? Yes…I have to say, it is true. WRITTEN UPON REQUEST (More of a bet actually). It's my first Tommy/Kim ONE-SHOT…so be nice damn it! It's a translation of a revised 'El Duelo' from La Ley done by yours truly.

You Dueled Over Me

Tommy walked towards the lake in a green tank and black pants. His concentration was focused on the last couple of fights he had to endure from the powerful evil of Lord Zedd. Tommy's eyes stared out into the dark lake's water as he arrived atop of a smooth rock. He looked down at his reflection and squinted his eyes as he reminisced about his loss of power.

He thought he had prepared well for this moment. Losing his Green Ranger power was something he foresaw, yet, all of the time, he knew it would be like this. He felt alone. For an instance, he couldn't help it feel he wasn't though. There was a small grin forming on his mouth as he thought about her, Kimberly Hart.

Getting into stance to perform a kata, his mind was all the time, thinking about her.

With a tear of hope over her skin, she couldn't forget everything she'd done for him. Yet that bullfighter's spirit that lived inside her made her decide to go to the park and look for him. Fear kept her feelings inside all along, but now it was her strength that was pushing her body to go and look into those eyes of the guy that once tried to kill her still being the same eyes of her long-time crush.

Tommy's eyes became dark and narrow at the thought of trying to defeat the Power Rangers and almost succeeding. She never lost hope in him, yet something did not stop eating him inside. Are her feelings strong enough to reciprocate his?

Without the pain they both went through, he probably wouldn't be standing here in the first place. All that time, he felt, she believed in him, in his purity and goodness.

She knew all too well where he'd be. Jason had told her he'd be at the park, but only she knew he'd be trying to internally extinguish the strings that he had set on fire. Making her way up the hill, she could see the top of his head. As she approached the spot, the rest of his body became visible as well. Her palms were clammy, her toes were numb, but she needed to talk to him. She needed to see if he'd be all right.

He felt somewhat of a coward for not speaking out to her. He knew he would show her love without any hesitation whatsoever. The way she looked at him was the reason for him dropping his guard around her now. Would she ever forgive him for what he's done? Will she ever find it in her heart to love him too?

Without the suffering she went through, she knew she wouldn't be happy. Without the pain she had to endure, she knew she wouldn't know him like she does. She walked steadily towards him, trembling inside. Biting her lip down for the pain to take the front seat from nervousness, she approached him.

"Tommy?" she spoke out to him.

He turned around to find his high school crush standing just feet away from him. He smiled as he looked into her eyes directly piercing into what seemed to be her soul. Because as soon as his smile shown though, it reassured her of what she was dreading all along...

A/N: Not my best work..alright, alright, you caught me…so I didn't try. What can I say? I'm a Tommy/Kat shipper. Two minutes into this and I was bored. (But hey, proves you wrong JJ! I can write a Tommy/Kim fic after all! Can't I?) He'll judge me upon your reviews, so…PLEASE be nice.
