A/N: Well, this is short. Sallad and I just decided to write this random idea and then silliness and ... yeah. Enjoy!

Thud. The locked anomaly fell to the ground.

"Hm." Connor observed. "Never seen it do that before."

The random citizen beside him looked at Connor like he was mad. "But it does normally float in midair and glow?!"

Danny, standing beside Connor looked at the panicking bystander. "Yes, actually."

The citizen just stared at the two of them of shook his head.

"Did the anomaly just… fall?" Abby asked as she approached.

"Yes," Danny replied. "Yes it did."

Abby frowned. "Why?"

"Good question." Connor answered. "Probably not something good."

"Yeah…" Abby agreed. "End of the world bad?"

"Eh," Danny shrugged. "Been there, done that."

Abby and Connor nodded in agreement.

"What the bloody hell is going on?!" the citizen yelled.

Danny groaned in annoyance. "This is a portal to the past."

"…Really. Never would've guessed that once the dinosaur came out of it!"

"You're the one that asked, mate."

"You think it opened in space?"

Abby and Danny looked at Connor confused.

"Ya know, no gravity?"

Abby shook her head. "Connor, it fell."

"Some scientist you are." Danny remarked. "Since it's locked, maybe it just lost its key!" Connor and Abby just blinked at Danny. "It was funny."

"No, it really wasn't." the citizen answered.

"…Who invited you here anyway?" he said insulted.

"This is my bloody house!"

Danny made an 'o' with his mouth. "Well, you have a very nice … backyard, sir."

"Thanks?" the man shook his head and decided to walk off. Finally.

"Is a T-Rex standing on the anomaly or something?" Jack asked, coming up behind him.

Connor, Abby, and Danny all looked at him.

"How are you even…?" Abby started.

Connor shook his head. "Don't ask, Abby. He's always here."

"What?!"

"Yeah, Abby. I live here." Jack said matter-of-factly.

Abby furrowed her brows. "What?!"

"So… anomaly!" Jack changed the subject. "Anyway, how's it on the ground?"

"Looks a bit smushed." Danny said.

They heard an echoing roar and the anomaly levitated back to the air.

"Huh. Really was a T-Rex." Connor said.

"I'm confused." Sarah commented, randomly appearing.

Abby jerked up from her desk and looked around, seeing drool on her paper work. "Connor?"

"Yeah, Abs?" he answered from the other side of the room.

"Why did you write a real life fanfic on my report? And why is there drool on it?"

"… I fell asleep."

"Your own writing bored you to sleep?"

Connor didn't answer, and Rex just chirruped in the background.
