Iza-shi had stopped to take a breather in a café near-by. He had been annoying people for the past five weeks, he hadn't done it alone though, he had his partner Tiffany. They had found it amusing to annoy people because of their reactions. Sometimes the people called the police or committed suicide, most of the time they just walked away in a terrible mood. After a while of thinking, Iza-shi saw Tiffany walk through the door of the café.
"Hello Tiffany-chan!~" Iza-shi said causing Tiffany to smirk.
"Hey, want to go annoy more people around Ikebukuro?" Tiffany asked still smirking.
"Not now, I'm tired," Iza-shi said laying his head on the table "then again, we still haven't annoyed everyone in Ikebukuro"
"You don't mean…"
"Mhm, I'm talking about them"
"Do you want to die young? I would rather not interrupt Shizuo, the strongest guy in Ikebukuro, and Izaya, the info-broker"
"Well, that's true but we can just run away if they get too annoyed by us, please?"
"Ugh, Fine"
And by those two words, they were off to annoy the two most dangerous people in Ikebukuro.
