*peeks out * First Fruits Basket fic, so please be a little gentle, but don`t be afraid to say what you think.
I`m really happy with it, because I managed to keep it angst–free. But I think the apocalypse may be coming, so excuse me. *hides under table*
The rain dripped on the roof, and dim light seeped through the curtains, while soft breathing echoed in the room.
Yuki sighed sleepily, his eyes opening slowly, while he tried to convince himself to get up.
But oh, he was just so warm.
The covers lay twisted, and only one pillow seemed to be in use, because Yuki soon found the reason why, exactly, he was so comfortable.
A mop of orange hair, a warm weight, and a hot breath on his chest- oh.
Yuki pinched the bridge of his nose, because really, as much as he wanted to deny it, there wasn`t much more of an explanation than the one staring him in the face.
He`d slept with Kyo again.
Kyo mumbled, and curled soft fingers around Yuki`s waist, snuggling into Yuki`s chest, throwing a leg over Yuki`s.
Yuki sighed again, wanting frantically to feel angry, or annoyed or something besides warm and in immediate danger of wrapping his arms around Kyo.
Yuki couldn`t deny it much longer- he didn`t want to.
What he felt with Kyo- it was something he couldn't explain, couldn`t put into words, but it made sense, because fitting together so perfectly wasn`t something that happened merely by chance.
And he couldn`t bring himself to regret it, much as he thought he should, the feelings just wouldn`t appear.
All he felt was warm, loved, and sleepy.
And that was okay- more than okay- he didn`t really have to get up.
