Storm was wroking in her garden when the memories of what she had seen the FOH do to a lone mutant came back to haunt her.Little did she know that Logan stood nearby and heard her soft tears.He slipped towards her,trying not to scare her and he whispered in her ear,"You ok darlin?".All Storm could say was,"No,not after what happened at that rally" as soft tears started to fall down her cheek like raindrops.All Logan could do was whisper in her ear,"Just let it out.I'm here" as Storm finally let the tears fall.All Logan could do was let Storm cry on his shoulder for the next hour and a half.Storm felt the darkness became to real as she cried on Logan's shoulder.Logan knew that the olny thing Storm needed was a friend and he knew he could be that much for her as she finally said,"Today proved something"."What would that be" Logan asked.Storm answered,"That we can show the world that mutants are not what they think and what happened at that rally should have not happened" as her tears kept falling.Logan slipped his arm around Storm and hugged her as he whispered in her ear,"We did what we could and you need to let your feelings out.It's ok to cry".As he said that,Storm's tears became softer and she felt the warmth of Logan's hug go straight to her heart."At least I know one thing Logan" Storm finally said after about 20 minutes."What's that" he asked."That having you for a friend is one of the good things" she answered as she felt the warmth of his hug and his friendship heal her own broken heart.
