A/N: I always wanted Zuko to have a normal life... so here is a ONESHOT about him wanting one. I was gonig to add on to the ending, but it made no sense! So if you guys want to see it, I might post it as another chapter.

Zuko wished for the life he did not have. Tossing in his slumber, he dreamed of marriage. He dreamed of Uncle owning a tea shop. Zuko woke up, and realized it was only a dream. He looked to his side, and saw Azula sleeping in the next bed over.

Zuko remembered everything again. Uncle got a tea shop; and he betrayed him to work with Azula. Somehow, it all seemed right though… he lay down for a moment, and then Azula got up. "No peeking, Zuzu," she said, not caring if he was awake or not. Shielding his eyes, he got up while she changed.

To Zuko, it seemed like this is what it would be like if he got married. He wanted to marry a calm minded girl, not his ruthless sister. Azula left to eat breakfast, and Zuko stared at the ceiling. His eyes closed for a moment… "Sir, you have a message," a messenger said, handing him a slip of paper.

Zuko read it, and it said:

'Hello, Zuko. I would like to meet you sometime. How about that old tea shop in the lower ring?'

Zuko first crumbled up the note, then unfolded it. His tense eyes grew softer, and he straitened out the note. This could be the start of the life he wanted.

Later that day, Zuko put on his good green shirt, and fixed his hair. He walked to the old tea shop, and there was Jin at her usual table. "Hello, Lee," she said, still unknown of his real name.

"Jin? Did you send me that note?"

"Yes and why did you stop working here?"

"My Uncle got a new job offer… in the Upper Ring," Zuko said looking away. He sat down.

"Oh, the Upper Ring, huh?" Jin said, obviously nervous that she asked out a man in the Upper Ring, when she was stuck in the Lower Ring.

"Yeah," Zuko said. Jin looked disappointed and upset, so Zuko added, "Would you like to see it?" Jin looked uplifted, and he took her hand. She fluffed her hair and then took his hand.

They both ran off to the wall that divided them, and Zuko showed I.D to a man. He opened the wall, and Zuko escorted Jin into it. She looked at the bright blue sky, which was not seen well in the Lower Ring. The sun shone brightly, with Turtle Ducks in ponds, and flowers blooming everywhere.

Zuko picked a flower, and handed it to her. Jin blushed, and accepted it. She put it in her hair, which made her hair seem to glow. Zuko turned to look at her, and saw the sun set behind her, giving her a faint glow around her. Her hair was perfect, and the flower brightened up her face. Her bright face accentuated her eyes, which he couldn't help but stare at. She blushed, and then he blushed.

They held hands as he walked her back into the Lower Ring. "Thank you," Jin said, and her hand slipped away from his. Zuko let it go, and sadly, he wished he never had.
