Cagalli's Point of View
It's such a quiet world around here in my room. I wish that this will be like the world…I mean, the world will be peaceful…no wars or battles, no mobile suits and gundams flying in the air…but that'll be a dream…unless someone will create a peaceful world. And I, as the Chief Representative of Orb, am here standing motionless and staring by the window of my room. I missed Athrun so much…and as I stare at my ring here in my left hand, I could remember the time he proposed me in the beach saying that he'll marry me. But I wish that'll be reality because I can't even have forgotten that I'm arranged to get married with this Yuna Roma Seiran… and Athrun can't even ignore his arranged marriage with Lacus Clyne.
The world is really drifting apart. I can't even manage to escape from these guards in the mansion, thinking that I might elope with Athrun. But…I guess they're sometimes right about it. But then, I still want to fight for the peace in the world. Yet, I'm the Chief Representative of Orb and I have the responsibilities to protect my country. I don't know if I can trust Yuna in this situation…
What am I talking about? Why do I doubt Yuna's skills? My dad even agreed to have me arranged to get married to Yuna because he knew that it can help the country. But here I am, doubting at my husband-to-be. But then…why do I feel sudden sadness and bitterness? Of course… I don't love Yuna but then, that's not the problem here…I mean, I admit that I still have feelings for Athrun but…
Sigh… But then, why on earth am I thinking like this? I'm such a stupid fool. I don't even think about my country. I'm always thinking about myself. But then, I want to create a peaceful world, just like what Kira wanted to. I'm not going to give up! No one's gonna mess me up!
