Will stared at Tessa in awe as she walked down the golden aisle. As she could not accept runes from him, they had decided to have a mixture of mundane and shadowhunter ceremony. The billowing golden dress perfectly accented her bright gray eyes and chocolate brown curls. She had a flowing golden veil atop her perfectly arranged curls, courtesy of Cecily, Cecily had even convinced her to put a bit of rouge on her cheeks. Will thought she would look good in rags, but he still wasn't complaining. He had a dapper black suit with a blue tie that matched his striking features well. He had gotten a trim and his hair barely brushed his collarbone. Henry was walking tessa down the aisle, as she had no other family. A tear rolled down Tessa's cheek as she remembered that Jen was not there to be best man, Gabriel was there instead, the other boy she had loved, if not for the drug he would be the one standing on that podium, his silver eyes dancing as he waited for his best friend to be Wed. She wasn't sure if she imagined it, but she could almost see Jem, his silver eyes sparkling, a wide grin spread across his face. Mountain had long ago been defeated, but there were some things that would never be the same.

Tessa was broking out of her wonderings when she reached the podium, she stepped up, her heart pounding in her ears as she looked up into deep blue eyes. She smiled hesitantly at him, and he smiled back. She turned to see Charlotte and Henry's son, Buford ( Charlotte had lost that battle), toddling down the aisle with the rings, his chubby cheeks flushed with exersion. The minister began to speak in a drawling voice, a deep monotone. She missed most of his speech, only being roused when he said "do you, Theresa Gray, take William Herondle, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, through hard times and easy, to be your husband." She took encouragement from his smile and answered loyally, "I do." The rest of the ceremony was a blur as they gave the rings and such, until that one magical moment,

"You may now kiss the bride."

But I am not giving up on them, please R&R, and please look at my other story HATED BY ALL, as I am lost on that right now and need ideas
