This is my first httyd fan fic although I REALLY like this story enjoy!
"Dragon attack!" Gobber screamed trying to find Stoick to help him fight.
"Gobber, what dragon is it?" Soick asked.
"Mysterious death!"
"Again! That dragon is a pain in the..."
The mysterious death swooped down, stole some fish and ate them while sitting on the roof of one of the houses then set it on fire. Then started to fly around tempting the huge Vikings to throw their nets at it. Stoick then threw a net in the air no one thought that he would hit it but he did.
"It looks like it went down near the cove, Stoick."
"Well at least its out of our way for now."
"Yeah. Hey,Stoick where did little Haylie go? Did she go play near her rock in the woods again."
"Yes she should be back home soon the sun is starting to set. She is only two but she knows a lot."

A little girl was playing around some rocks pretending to fight armies and dragons the girl had brown hair that had a small hawk feather stuck in it. She had on a brown shirt that she was quickly out growing and black pants, se had no shoes on but she didn't care she was having fun. She always had so much fun playing around some rocks but today was different, she wanted to explore somewhere different. She went off far in the woods, farther than normal. She enjoyed playing in the woods the sun setting and the fireflies out lighting up the woods,until *crack crack blam *. She heard something. She got closer and closer until she could see what it was.
"It a hurt dragon!" She whispered to herself as she saw the beast trying to escape out of the net to no avail.
Haylie walked over to the dragon and watched it for a second. She went to touch the dragon when it suddenly moved and opened its eyes which made her quickly pull her hand back. She looked into the dragon's eyes and the dragon looked at her. The small girl smiled as the dragon purred at her, she then got up and found a sharp stone and started to cut the dragon free. As soon as the dragon was free it hopped up and almost took off but it thought of the little girl and wanted to thank her so the dragon watched the girl raise her hand and put her hand on the big dragons face and started to pet the dragon.
"Your a nice dragon, I like you. can we be friends? Haylie asked the dragon with excitement.
"rrrrrrruggggggggg" the dragon answered back.
"That sounds like a yes to me! Are you a boy or a girl dragon?"
"grrrrr grrrrrr ruh ruh"
"That sounds like girl. What will I call you? Ahh I got it Fury!"
The dragon purred. Haylie soon realized what time it was and she knew she needed to get back home.
"Stay here I will be back tomorrow Fury I promise."
The girl rushed home happy that she made a new friend.
