There was never such a day as this, Link thought. A day with the morning's sun on your back, the sea's mist on your face, and the King's deck under your feet. 'Course, there were the aches and pain of sleeping on the seas, but who would think about that on a day like this? Even the King of Red Lions seemed to be enjoying himself, as the sea was calm and malleable.
Link stretched himself and yawned. Even though he had slept on his sword again, he could forget about it to savor this morning. Why, he and his companion weren't the only ones enjoying it, at that. A seagull with rosy light shining on its feathers glided above him. Energetic little birds. The apparent hero relished in the gull's high crooning, reminded of Makar's wooden instrument-
Splat.
The King of Red Lions glanced back for a moment, but returned his gaze ahead before the boy could see his amusement. Link blinked before sliding his trademark headpiece off of his hair. He grimaced at the white fluid that now marred the green fabric before he sighed and rubbed at it with his sleeve.
There goes that little piece of bliss. Nose to the grindstone again, Link.
"But Kiwi, a seagull doesn't sound like a violin."
No really, Sherlock.
But I just couldn't help it when I noticed the cute little polygon gulls trailing along above Link as he sails along. Is it bad that this is the first thing I thought of?
Review? At least, if you watch/fave?
Or if it was confusing?
Or if you hated it?
Or anything…?
…
BUT I LOVE YOU-
