Yuuri had always been a fast learner. When he'd been flushed down the toilet literally, and landed in Shin Makoku, he learned to deal with it, just as he learned to deal with being the Maou. Some things were hard to learn, like Gunter's history lessons, or that there were people in the world who cared little but for themselves. Caring too little wasn't Yuuri's problem. He just cared too much. Somehow the hardest and yet easiest thing he ever learned to accept was the fact that there was always one person he would always forgive, even if that person betrayed him.
