Okay so while writing this, it made me cry for the first time in forever… I never felt like this before as a writer at all.
I intended for one part of this to be a scene between Hiro and Tadashi, but couldn't get it all out, so I made it into a speech.

"Well… I'm heading off to graduation. Today's the day! Aunt Cass, Baymax, and the rest of the guys are waiting for me at home."
"If you hadn't pushed me to get into the school… I wouldn't be here. Everyone thinks that I'm so capable, but it was you. It was you, Tadashi that made me get into SFIT. If you hadn't pushed me, never believed in me… You made it all happen."
"You did so much for me, and I didn't see it."
"I didn't see that you didn't want to loose me like mom and dad. I didn't see that you had to stop being a kid and had to grow up. I didn't see that you choose me over your friends time after time. I didn't see that you were looking out for me after all this time. For so many years…"
