Gohan's POV…
I lay in my bed holding the most beautiful woman alive. She lay there peacefully, breathing softly. Her magnificent violet eyes were covered, her soft ivory skin hidden beneath the bed covers. I smiled slightly, staring at the beauty that lay before me. Videl, my wife, my friend and the mother of our daughter. She meant everything to me. She was my world.

It's something that can't be described
I had fallen in love with her when I had first seen her face. My face was flushed from embarrassment when I first witnessed her beauty. I was staring at her like no tomorrow, but the first time I had really known her until our first date. I saw the pain she suffered, the rough life she's experienced and all from just staring into her eyes.

We both had been through rough times together: we've faced evil monsters, criminals, we were even superheroes together but what had been the hardest thing was not being together. We fought with each other, and during that time it had hurt us like a dagger through our hearts.

I kissed Videl lightly on her forehead and pulled her closer to me. She stirred in her sleep and my smile grew even wider. Even in her state she was more beautiful than anyone I had ever seen. We've grown together and raised a wonderful daughter. I chuckled as I remembered her first time at our old house in the forest (A/N in GT time they live in the city). She bickered with my mother like crazy, exploding in each other's face, but now my mother and her have become as close as I was with my mother.

Videl stirred in her sleep. I un-wrapped my arms from her and let her turn around to face me.
"Mmm…Gohan, why are you still up?" she asked, still half asleep. I just smiled her looked at her.
"I was just thinking," I replied softly.
"About what?" Videl asked, obviously forcing herself not to fall asleep again.
"I just realized that I'm the luckiest man." I wrapped my arms around her once again and kissed her forehead. She immediately fell asleep again.

Yes, Videl has made me the luckiest man alive. She was the greatest thing that happened to me, and I love her, my one and only Videl.
