Preamble
We, the united forces of the Horde, comprised of the orcs, the trolls, the Tauren, the Forsaken, and the Blood Elves of Silvermoon, in the third year since the founding of Orgrimmar, in the spirit of maintaining our health and our fighting spirit, and with the full intention to amend past grievances with the Gnomish culture (of the punting persuasion), herein establish a new form of sparring to be held domestically in replacement of more traditional methods.
