The Plan
Prologue
Misako had made sure Akito and Sana wouldn't interrupt the meeting like last time by having Rei bring them to the amusement park for the day, much to his dismay. After all, it was no secret that Rei didn't entirely approve of Akito for Sana. He mostly tolerated him due to his fierce loyalty to Sana, despite their past misgivings. Misako set up the meeting in her secret chamber (blindfolding every member before they entered) so as to avoid unwanted detection in case Sana and Akito came home early. Fuka, anxious to get started, exclaimed as soon as she was seated:
"Can we take off these blindfolds?"
"Yes; you can take them off." Misako stated calmly. Everyone stared in awe as they surveyed the dimly-lit round table, just big enough for Misako, Tsuyoshi, Aya, and Fuka. It was no secret that Misako and Sana were both rich and eccentric, but it was another thing to see the evidence. No matter how often these three had seen the mansion, it would still stun them every time. The only one that seemed immune was Akito, but then again, it seemed like almost nothing phased him.
Now, as the core group of friends sat together with Sana's mother, scheming, they wondered if they were up for this impossible task.
"So," began Fuka, "how are we going to get Aki and Sana together?" Immediately, ideas were shouted out by Tsuyoshi and Aya, the school's resident sweethearts as well as Sana and Akito's closest friends. Misako let the teenagers babble for a bit before immediately shushing them with a loud foghorn that she pulled from seemingly nowhere.
"Now," continued the matron of the Kurata household, "here is what I suggest." The teens eagerly leaned forward as Misako detailed a brilliant plan worthy of one of her novels.
