I saw one of these create your own jutsu things and I decided to make my own. Basic rules, Name, Hand seals, chakra amount, type, rank, requirements, description, and user.
Here's mine:
Name: Holy Chakra Gun
Hand Seals: None. Doesn't need any.
Chakra amount: 37%
Type: Holy Style
Rank: S
Requirements: Can use Chakra Gun.
Description: Basically Chakra Gun except infused with Holy Release. Massive damage but can backfire and be easily blocked or evaded.
