"Okay, time for some Chistmas games," Lilly clapped, and everyone gave a cheer "what'll we play?"
"How about some charades," Eddie suggested, a paper crown hanging lopsidedly on his head "I made these and marketed them myself!"
"Alright," Carley said, giving Lilly a smug look. She would not lose to the Queen of Mean herself. Lilly returned the look with a glare.
"Okay, me first," Katjaa smiled and picked up a card and gaped, then grinned devilishly. She made the four words symbol and made a hush gesture.
"Quiet," Lilly guessed. Katjaa shook her head.
"Silent," Carley suggested, and Katjaa widened her eyes. Carley was close.
"Silence," Lilly yelled "silence of the lambs!" Katjaa made the 'so close' gesture, and started tapping her arms and legs.
"Silence of the limbs," Carley said and Katjaa smiled and said yes, much to Lilly's indignation.
"There's no such movie as Silence of the limbs! It's silence of the lambs," Lilly said desperately and Rebecca said "oh calm down Lilly."
"No! It's against the rules," Lilly yelled "if we're going to play a game it has to be with the rules!"
"But it says silence of the limbs," Carley said smugly and Lilly snatched a handful of the cards, and read them aloud.
"A book and movie about a great white shark: Jews."
"A musical set in America: Oklahomo."
"Of course Eddie fucking made these, they're fucking mispelled," Lilly screeched and Sarita placed her hands up placatingly.
"Ok, how about we play iSpy," she suggested and Lilly nodded.
"Me first; I did win after all," Carley said with a smug expression "iSpy with my little eye, something beginnging with f."
"Phone," Eddie guessed and Carley said no.
"Flowers," Sarita guessed.
"No."
"Photo," Eddie guessed again.
"No Eddie."
"Photoframe; that's got two f's," Eddie said brightly.
"Fucking idiot," Lilly said, pointing at Eddie.
"Ha...no. Do you all give up," Carley asked and they all said yes "frog."
"Carley, this iSpy," Lilly said with a 'what' expression "you have to be able to see it."
"I saw it in my mind's eye."
"I'll fucking kill her."
"This isn't fair," Lilly cried "Carley has the pink set, the red set, the green set, and the purple set! All I have is the crappy blue road." They were now playing Monopoly.
"It's only a game," Carley said but then added under her breath "a game you don't know how to play."
"Come one, calm down Lilly," Lee asked and Lilly nodded "good. Sarita your turn."
Sarita rolled the dice and got a five; exactly on Carley's most expensive road, much to her disappointment.
"That's one thousand Sarita," Carley asked.
"I'm sorry, I only have five hundred," Sarita said and Carley shrugged.
"Pay the rest back later," Carley said and Lilly did a double take.
"That's not allowed in the rules! You have to follow the rules," Lilly yelled and Carley glared.
"I'm only doing Sarita a favour," Carley said innocently.
"Fine then, my go," Lilly said and rolled a six "oh look I got a four!"
"You got a six though," Rebecca said.
"Fuck off I want a four," Lilly said and Rebecca backed away slightly.
"Oh look a chance," Lilly said happily and picked up a chance "you take all the banks money!" She snatched the fake money notes and everyone realised, other than Carley, how competitive Lilly was.
"Oh I get another one because there's no rules," Lilly cried happily and read one "an earthquake occurs and destroys everyone's roads but mine!" And she flipped the board over onto Carley.
