Small, concentrated steps pounded against the damp floor of his woodland home, pushing himself further and faster. His breath fast but still remaining quiet and unheard throughout the trees. orange fur bounced and blew around in the wind, following his every move.
BANG
the gun had fired correctly, but it had missed. The dark haired boy grunted, reaching to reload his weapon, it clicked and he repositioned himself on the woodland floor. Silence. There was nothing to here, no birds, no wind, just his hear beating and his quiet breath. focusing, he clenched his hands around the trigger, scanning the woodland for any signs of life.
BANG
he instinctively shot again at the sight of movement, a yelp could be heard.
"perfect" he whispered under his breath as he moved from his spot to collect his winnings. As he moved closer, he could see something was wrong, it had pink skin like a man but also red fur just like a fox. stepping closer again, he could see it was like a boy, about 14 or 15 maybe.
"what the hell?" the raven exclaimed at the creature below him. "shit, what have i done?" His stomach dropped, sinking further as he saw the blood pooling on its stomach. He picked it up, reaching one hand under its waist and one under its back.
His heart sunk.
IT was a boy, a boy he knew. this boy had bright orange hair and hazel eyes, his hair was fluffy and stuck up in all directions. on top of the small boy's head were two fuzzy fox ears with black tips.
"H-Hinata?!" The fox opened its eyes weakly, blush spreading across his face.
"Kageyama?!"
