Summary:
Kelli and Jason are two fourteen year old trainers who set out on their Pokemon journey, but find out that their rich father wants them to go to a private school in a different town. Kelli has chosen a Chimchar and Jason has chosen Tutwig as their beginning Pokemon. At this private school the teachers are very mean, Kelli and Jason decide to run away from the school, but face many challenges like wild Pokemon, other trainers, and even some of their old friends.
Chapter1:
"Jason, Kelli!!! Come down stairs for breakfast!" A voice comes up the stairs, it was Jason and Kelli's mom waking them early to began their new friendship with a Pokemon for life. "Ughhhh!" Jason whips his right are over the bunk bed. "Wake up Jason! Today we get to finally get to choose!!" Kelli said as if she'd had freezing cold water dumped on her. She jumps out of the bottom bed of the bunk bed and pulls Jason's arm. "Okay, okay! I'm up! I'm up!" Jason rubs his eyes and sat up.
When both of them got ready they headed down stairs for breakfast. "Hey, you two remember to come at noon your father has something very important to tell." Their mother didn't even to say goodbye or to wish best of wishes because Jason and Kelli ran so fast out the door, grabbing their backpacks on the way out.
About half way down the road to Professor Rowan's lab they both slowed down while saying hi to Patricia the town's gardener. "What starter are you going to pick, Jason?" Kelli looked over at him very hard as if his life depended on it. "I think I am going to choose Chimchar. Who are you going to pick?" "I think I am going with Turtwig. I think they are the strongest. I am so not becoming a coordinator! I wanna be a world champ." "We both will be!"
Jason was the one who always who felt like they had to share everything because they are twins and is always cautious of pretty much everything, but Kelli has always been independent and wants to do everything by her self.
As they approach the door Jason stops Kelli. "You ready? This decides our life forever." "Of course I'm ready! Have you known me to ever not be ready?" As he turns to open the door, a boy with a Pikachu on his shoulder and two more people behind him come out from behind the door. The trainer in the middle with the Pikachu on his shoulder seemed familiar. It was Ash Ketchum from the Silver conference! He didn't win but he put up a great battle! "Oh my gosh!!! It's Ash Ketchum, from Pallet!!" Kelli just almost jumped out of her shoes. He had always been her hero since she had seen him on TV.
"Hi? Do I know you?" Ash said in a polite fashion.
"Probably not?" Jason said from behind. "I'm Jason and that's Kelli." Jason pointed to a blushing Kelli.
"Nice to meet you Kelli and Jason" Ash put out his hand. As Kelli was shaking his hand he started to talk again. "These are my friends, Dawn…." He pointed to the girl on the left. "…and this is Brock." The taller one reached his hand in front of him. The one he called Dawn was blushing at the sight of Jason. Of course like every other ten year old boy he pretended not to notice. Kelli smiled at him.
"We better get going, nice meeting you two!" Brock said from behind. They left as soon as Kelli got Ash's autograph. "Anyway!" Jason looked annoyed "Lets get back to our life changing diction, shale we?" "We shale!" Together they pull the door open. In side there was a blue counter top with three Pokemon on top of it. They we're both to exited to notice anything else. "You must be Harrison's brother and sister!" The voice came from behind the blue counter. It was Professor Rowan
