Hailey knew her life was hopelessly boring. The same routine every day: wake up, shower, eat breakfast, go to school, come home, study, eat dinner, go to bed. Day in and day out, Hailey performed these tasks on autopilot. It was no surprise that she lead such a non-stimulating life. After all, she was the daughter of a world renowned therapist and a captain of the Miami police force who also doubled as a DEA agent. Needless to say, Hailey couldn't take a step without being evaluated and cross examined. To her parents, Hailey was the perfect child, never in trouble with the law, excellent grades, and very well behaved. Hailey never disrespected her parents; she had never even been in a fight. She never did drugs or drank alcohol; she never even went to any parties in high school. Eighteen years old and on her way to college, Mr. and Mrs. Walker couldn't have been more proud. Everybody knew Hailey was destined for great things, she was a star. Yes sir, Miss Walker was Stanford bound and had the world at her feet.
On the outside, Hailey was utterly and completely perfect.
On the inside, she was screaming at the top of lungs.
