Just Another Day

A/N: Just a little Sokkla One Shot. I know usually write Ty Lokka, well deal with it. I happen to enjoy Sokkla as well. Just so you know this story is AU. There's no war and Yue isn't dead. And everyone conveniently lives in the same town.

Today was just another day for Sokka. The mornings were nothing special; he would get up, bathe (sometimes), get dressed, eat, and then head out for the day. Of course, it was still dark out when he left the house. He had made it a habit of leaving early, this was the only time he had to himself, unless he somehow managed to avoid them for the day. By them he was of course referring to his girlfriends or so they have decided to call themselves. First there was only Suki, he kind of liked her, but he never really spent time to know her better. Then Yue moved to town and they hit it off right from the start, but she really didn't want to start a relationship yet, for she had just broke up with her old boyfriend before moving. Toph then showed up, and he really didn't think of her as anything more than a friend, but she thought otherwise. And finally Ty lee joined the fray. She moved here a couple months ago, and the second she saw him, she decided she was his girlfriend. She let him know this by coming up to him, in the middle of the street and kiss him, in full view of the other girls currently fighting for his love.
From that point on, they had been battling for affection every day, and sometimes at night if they find the new hiding spot for the spare key. It seemed that only 3 girls his age in this town weren't fighting over him, Mai , she had Zuko and could be seen eating his face every chance she got, His sister, she was as obsessed with kissing Zuko as Mai was, and Azula. He continued his stroll around town and through the forest well throughout the day. Sokka was quite pleased with himself for making this long without being noticed by his groupies. Sokka was looking around a nearby weapon shop at the market when all of the sudden,
"There you are" said a female voice, he turned around and was relieved to find that it was Azula behind him .
"Oh it's you" He said with a relieved sigh" I thought you were one of 'them'" .
"Actually I was looking for my friend Ty lee, I was hoping she would be with you",
"Sorry, but I was able to give all the girls the slip today, so I haven't seen any of them all day" he said, as he continued to look at the different weapons.
"So you haven't chosen any of them yet" She said with a smirk,
"How can I choose any of them if I barely know any of them, I can't get a single moment of peace with one of them without the others starting a fight."
"Perfect, come with me" She said as she pulled him out of the store,
"Wait where are you taking me?" He asked as he stumbled out of the store,
"We are going to have dinner and talk" she said pointing to a nearby restaurant.
"Wh-what?"He stammered, "Are you asking me out on a date?".
She just smirked and said "That's funny, I don't recall asking."
Today wasn't just another day .
