SUMMARY
In a world of beauty, the competition is tough. Many opt for plastic surgery, threatened to be fired from their jobs if their looks are not maintained. If you have the looks, you can be hired, regardless of whether you have talent or not. Gabriella Montez is a 23 year old medical school student who has the perfect life. But suddenly, she discovers the ugly side of a world where looks matter. Her mother, a successful plastic surgeon, performs the operation on Gabriella's friends, who begin experiencing horrible accidents. In the midst of her friends' accidents, Gabriella discovers a terrifying secret in her home.
