((What is this, I don't even... Here Courtney. Never doubt that I love you. I even wrote something not angsty. Can you believe that? Now go bear through my horrible writing that was TL;DR for even I and therefore did not check for spelling/grammer. Love it or I will sick flying mint bunny and all my other magical friends on you. They're all nutburgers, you know? And I might change my mind about the murder.))

The meeting was boring as usual. It was unusually quiet being that besides Germany's loud voice echoing off the walls as he gave his speech, you could hear a pin drop. No one would admit it, but none of them were paying attention. Some were daydreaming, some doodling on their notes, some harrassing others, and some just outright sleeping. Only America and Russia were even vaguely paying attention when something caught their ears.

"...And that is why we must pull all the way out. This is not only damaging relations but the country as a whole. We can not keep being indecisive on this matter. As I can see, the only two options we have are to go all out and invade the whole country, looking everywhere for every hole, every nook and cranny, to satisfy our curiosity and concern that there is nothing there that we would not want to find or to pull all the way out and leave them on their own to recover, providing no help to their 'wounds' or providing any stimulus to their economy."

Russia and America shared a brief look as they barely contained giggles but as Germany continued to talk, they were finding it increasingly difficult to hide their laughter. When Germany started talking about how they must all band together to solve this, going in all at once if they were to choose that route and providing no mercy, the two nations couldn't contain themselves anymore. They bust out in uproarious laughter, causing all the remaining nations to stop what they were doing and look at the two curiously. Germany, on the other hand, was furious.

"What on Earth are you two laughing at? This is no laughing matter! We must solve this problem once and for all. It has been going on for far too long and we must finish this!"

That just caused the two to double over laughing. They were laughing so hard their faces were turning red, tears were coming to their eyes, and their laughing was quickly fading into the breathless choking sound you get when you laugh too long and too hard.

America caught his breath slightly before looking at Germany and doing a salute, "Of course! we'll start p-preparations immediately!" He shared a look with Russia before they dissolved into uncontrollable laughter once again.

The other nations were starting to get a little weirded out. The fact that two of the world's worst and most violent enemies (the other pair being England and France) were laughing together at something no one else got. Was it the end of the world?

"I...say we call lunch."

Everyone agreed and quickly dispersed while the two nations continued to laugh. Once everyone was gone, it took a few minutes but the laughter was quickly dying down. Now it was the echo of deep, much needed breaths that echoed around the room. Once composed, they straightened and unfortuantely decided to share a look. The smiles quickly burst back onto their faces.

"Let's pull out immediately!" they yelled before dissolving into laughter again. This was going to be a long meeting.
