She opens the door, finding her husband not home.
"Blaze? You in here?"
"Yes." he answers from behind her, pulling her into a hug, "Yes."
She clasps her hand over his, "I missed you too." closing her eyes and enjoying the warm embrace around her.
"Yes?"
"I'm fine, I should be asking you that." she turns around and looks into his eyes, "A war just ended, knowing you - what happened while I was away?"
"Yes," he replied,"No."
"...what?"
"..." he shrugged, sipping his coffee as he finished telling his story, "..."
"You signed up as a nugget right before the war kicked up, killed Harling and ended the war?"
He nodded, "..."
"Was that you - Three Stripes?" she asked, kneeling before him and holding his hand.
It was a scary thought - imagining her own husband risking his life to end a war.

Her hands a bit shaking,"Why? Why go through war again after all we've done?"

"I love you." she kissed him with as much as feeling she always received from him. "I love you so much. I'm sorry I was away for so long, I should have been there for you - always, and I promise this will be the last time."

"Yeah, I guess we should go see what the others are doing." she held his hand as they walked to the car, "I wanted to meet the princess and that scrap queen you mentioned."
