Author Note: after watching the series finale, I decided to write a little extra to the end of the show. I am so happy that Michael stood up for his family and his mom made the choice of saving her family. I almost wanted to cry when the series finale ended.
Three months later
Michael's POV
Fiona and I were laying in our bed. We still haven't made contact with Jesse or Sam yet. We want to make sure that everything dies down. I can't believe how I got here. If I had let Sonya killed Fiona, I would not be able to here with her and Charlie. I didn't notice that Fiona had woken up and now staring at me.
"What are you thinking about?" I heard her asked.
"Thinking about everything that I put you and our families and friends. Also missing my mom. I know that Charlie misses her too." I responded to her as I gave her a small kiss. "I still don't know why you guys came back for me."
"Because we knew that you would have came for us and stopped us." She said to him.
"Thank you for not giving up on me." Michael said to her. They make love and start planning for the future.
